This product is a cleaning agent for various parts in the automotive industry and is mainly used in the production process. Application scenarios

CP-600YM is a water-based alkaline product specially developed for steel and cast iron wkpieces. It features excellent rust prevention performance and extremely strong cleaning ability, and is suitable for processes such as spray washing, immersion, and ultrasonic cleaning.

Product advantages

High-efficiency Decontamination: Under the recommended heating condition of 45℃, the degreasing power is particularly remarkable, capable of quickly and thoroughly removing stubborn oil stains such as cutting fluid and anti-rust oil from the surface of steel and cast iron parts. With an optimized surfactant system, it also has reliable cleaning ability at room temperature (20℃), meeting the demands of various working conditions.

Corrosion and rust prevention: This product's formula is specially designed for steel and cast iron parts, featuring excellent short-term rust prevention performance. It can effectively protect workpieces during processing steps, ensuring product quality. The product does not contain strong alkali salts or easily crystallizable components, fundamentally avoiding secondary corrosion caused by the absorption of moisture from residual cleaning agents, providing more reliable protection.

Water-based environmental protection: With water as the main medium and organic components as the main body, it features low VOC and low odor, conforming to the modern trend of clean production and environmental protection.

Operation Safety: This product has low foaming properties and excellent foam stability. Its foaming performance is not affected by temperature or fluctuations in cleaning pressure, effectively preventing foam overflow and ensuring the safe, stable and continuous operation of high-pressure spray equipment, avoiding safety incidents. With a mild formula and low skin irritation, it is safe and reliable when used under proper operating conditions.

Easy to use: The recommended concentration range is wide (2.0% - 4.0%), making it easy to mix and control, and saving usage. It is suitable for various cleaning methods such as spray, ultrasonic, and immersion, with good compatibility.
