Daily Maintenance and Management Methods for Water-Based Cleaning Agents

I.On-site Management, Maintenance and Usage Methods for Cleaning Agents

1.Recommended concentration of cleaning agent: 2% to 4%

Calculation method for concentration: Tank volume × 3% cleaning agent concentration = On-site usage concentration

When the concentration drops, it is usually tested once a week. When the concentration decreases, add the original solution to the set value appropriately. The amount of the original solution to be added can be calculated by the following formula: Addition amount = (Set concentration - On-site concentration) x Water tank volume

2.When the pH value drops, after detection with a pH meter, replenish the original solution and add a pH value enhancer.

3.When suspended substances appear, remove the dirt in time with a filter screen.

4.If the machine cannot operate continuously for a long time (for example, during a long holiday break), it is necessary to arrange for personnel to operate the machine twice a day, with each operation lasting no less than 3 hours. At the same time, before the machine is not operated for a long time, it is also necessary to add anti-corrosion and bactericidal agents.

When spoilage occurs, preservatives and bactericides must be added or the solution replaced with a fresh one in a timely manner.

II.The specific operation steps for liquid replacement and sterilization are as follows:

1.First, discharge the waste liquid completely to ensure thorough disposal.

2.Use a brush, a long-handled mop or a cloth to clean the inside of the water tank and the body. For areas that the mop cannot reach, a high-pressure water gun can be used for cleaning, including the four walls of the water tank and every corner of the body, ensuring no dirt remains.

3.Add 1% of the cleaning agent (the original liquid contains a bactericide) to the water tank, heat it to 60 degrees, and circulate for 3 hours. Then, drain the water from the water tank and thoroughly clean the residual substances at the bottom of the tank to avoid secondary pollution.

4.Add a disinfectant to the water tank. Add 0.5% of the water tank's capacity (five thousandths, for example, if the water tank of the cleaning machine has a volume of 5000L, then 25L of disinfectant should be added). Run the cycle for at least one hour, then drain the water from the water tank. If the equipment can be heated, please heat it to the maximum temperature and run the cycle. The effect will be better.

In addition, after the fluid replacement, if the equipment is not in a normal production state, each piece of equipment must be ensured to cycle and operate twice a day.

The above-mentioned cycle should last no less than one hour each time. Make sure to do it! In the future, when the equipment is not in operation, an appropriate amount of disinfectant should be added for circulation.

III. Hidden Dangers and Protective Measures after Liquid Replacement

Since the liquid had already gone bad before use, there is still a risk of spoilage during subsequent use, which shortens the usage cycle. Therefore, a small amount of disinfectant is needed during the recovery period of the usage environment for consolidation.

A single sterilization cannot completely solve the problem of spoilage. During the subsequent liquid replacement process, sterilization operations should still be carried out 2-3 times. Once the cleaning environment returns to normal, there is no need for continuous sterilization. Only regular maintenance as required by us is needed later.
