Equipment description: This equipment is designed for inspecting the inner walls of holes in automotive calipers, capable of detecting defects such as scratches, sand holes, and dents. It can identify defects with contour dimensions larger than 0.2mm, with a detection accuracy rate of 99%.

Algorithmic advantages: It can perform non-destructive and non-contact inspection, and can inspect areas that cannot be visually inspected. The OK/NG determination can be automated by setting defect judgment standards. Since it uses laser to illuminate the workpiece and capture its reflected light, it is almost unaffected by external light sources. The inspection data can retain defect information, thus it can be fed back to the manufacturing process.
