Equipment Description:

Inspect the sealing surface of the cylinder head cover for defects such as scratches, protrusions, depressions, cracks, and dents.

Inspect the support surface of the cylinder head bolt for defects such as scratches, cracks, and dents on the top and bottom surfaces.

Cylinder head bottom surface: Inspect for scratches, cracks, dents and other defects on the top and bottom surfaces and the sealing band area.

Equipment functions: Code reading, machine vision inspection (deep learning), traceability, data analysis, remote viewing
