The equipment description: This precision visual measurement device is designed for the shape and position dimension measurement of the white body. It includes a visual imaging system, a two-dimensional image recognition system, a three-dimensional dimension measurement system, a user interaction system, a calibration system, and a statistical analysis system.

Algorithmic advantages: By adopting sub-pixel template matching algorithm, the object space resolution of a single image can reach 0.05 to 0.02mm. A positioning target is installed on the opposite side of the camera.
