The equipment description: The camera carried by the servo mechanism is placed on the upper surface of the workpiece, and the backlight is placed on the lower surface of the workpiece to illuminate and capture the through holes of the workpiece for inspection. The inspection content includes the through holes of the upper valve plate (37 locations) and the lower valve plate (42 locations), with the inspection standard being a tolerance band of 0.8mm.

Algorithmic advantages: By developing our own image processing algorithms, we can handle abnormal conditions such as out-of-focus images captured by the camera during the movement of the servo mechanism and foreign substances adhering to the through holes of the workpiece, providing high-quality images for the detection algorithm. Then, we conduct detection through template matching. With this dual guarantee, the accuracy of the detection results is significantly improved.
