Cleaning: The robot places the workpiece on the fixtures in each cleaning chamber for overall cleaning, a small robot holds the nozzle for spot cleaning, main oil passage cleaning, water jacket cleaning, and cylinder liner cleaning.

Drying: air drying, vacuum drying

Material discharge: cooling and temperature reduction, motorized roller conveyor for material discharge

Surface: No bumps or scratches on the positioning and clamping surfaces; no obvious visible water stains on the entire surface and channels of the cylinder block as observed visually.
