

Loading: Upper and lower cylinders are loaded and conveyed on the same tray.
Deburring: The robot holds the workpiece, and the main oil passage, inclined oil passage, cross section, crankshaft hole, all surfaces, cylinder hole, etc. are deburred with brushes.
Cleaning: The robot holds the upper cylinder body for turbulent and fixed-point positioning, high-pressure cleaning at 32MPa, pressure blocking and rinsing; the lower cylinder body is fixed-point cleaned through a mechanical through-type workstation.
Drying: The upper cylinder body robot holds the workpiece for air drying, and the lower cylinder body is air dried by mechanical means.
Unloading: Cooling and temperature reduction of the tray workpiece (overall temperature of the workpiece ≤ room temperature ± 3℃)
Dryness: No water marks
