Develop the Russian market and maintain customer relationships, and achieve the sales targets set by the company.

Proactively find and develop overseas potential customers through exhibitions, B2B platforms, social media (such as VK) and other channels.

Collect and analyze Russian market information and competitor dynamics to support the company's market decisions.

Handle customer inquiries, quotations, contract negotiations and order follow-up.

Coordinate with design, procurement, production and other internal departments to ensure smooth order execution (including booking, customs declaration and customs clearance document preparation, etc.).

Proficiently prepare a full set of foreign trade documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.) and be familiar with specific foreign trade requirements (EAC certification, customs regulations, etc.).

Properly handle customer complaints and after-sales issues to maintain the company's brand image.

Requirements:

Language: Required - fluent in English and Russian (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to use them as working languages for business negotiation, contract drafting and daily communication; usually requires TEM-8 or equivalent.

Education background: Bachelor's degree or above in international trade, Russian or related majors.

Work experience: 2+ years of foreign trade experience, familiar with the full foreign trade process; experience in the machinery industry and stable customer resources preferred.

Professional skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; familiarity with Alibaba International Station, Global Sources and other B2B platforms is preferred.

Personal qualities:

Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service awareness.

Proactive, strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.

Good team player, but also able to work independently.

Basic understanding of foreign business culture and the communication habits of overseas customers.
