Huanai Vision (Suzhou) Visual Technology Co., Ltd. - a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harbin Big Bird Industrial Co., Ltd. We are hiring a Technical Director to lead technology innovation and reshape the industry landscape.

2. Core Responsibilities
Strategy leadership: Define the mid- and long-term technology strategy and product roadmap for machine vision; track automotive industry trends and oversee R&D iteration of the full Defender / Master / Doctor / Knight / Strategist / MagKnight / Gentleman product lines to ensure technology leadership and market competitiveness.
R&D leadership: Lead core technology breakthroughs, drive a PhD/Master R&D team to overcome key technical bottlenecks in automotive vision inspection, and promote the implementation of cutting-edge technologies such as AI deep learning and high-precision vision measurement.
Team management: Build an efficient R&D organization, manage R&D resources, budgets and projects, cultivate a technical talent pipeline, and foster an innovative, collaborative and high-performing R&D culture.
Industry collaboration: Work deeply with OEMs and auto-parts customers to discover industry needs, lead technical solution design and implementation, and drive the full chain from R&D to mass production to continuously expand market share.
Ecosystem building: Track global frontier developments in machine vision, carry out industry-university-research collaboration, and consolidate the company's technology moat in automotive vision inspection.
3. Requirements
Education: Master's degree or above (PhD preferred) in computer science, automation, AI, machine vision, precision instrumentation or related fields.
Industry experience: 10+ years of machine vision R&D and team management experience in the automotive industry; familiar with inspection processes and quality standards for complete vehicles and auto parts (powertrain, braking system, NEV three-electric, etc.); experience in full lifecycle management of automotive vision inspection products.
Technical authority: Proficient in 2D/3D vision algorithms, deep learning models (CNN, Transformer, etc.) and image processing; skilled with OpenCV, PyTorch/TensorFlow and similar tools; track record of successful similar vision product R&D.
Leadership: Strategic mindset, broad vision and strong decision-making; outstanding team management, resource integration and cross-functional collaboration skills; resilient under pressure and able to lead in a fast-growing company.
