Time has honed our dedication; twenty-five years mark a new journey! On October 15, Harbin Big Bird Industrial Co., Ltd. officially launched its 25th anniversary celebration. Centered around the theme "Weathering the Storm Together, Creating Brilliance Together," the event opened with congratulatory videos from various departments, followed by a short documentary retracing the company’s 25-year evolution. The film vividly portrayed key milestones—from its founding in 2001 to steady growth and breakthroughs, transforming like a spring bird into a majestic great rox spreading its wings—leading into the current strategic phase of soaring development for 2026–2030.
Wang Daliang, Deputy General Manager of Big Bird Industrial, took the stage to officially launch the company's Culture 3.0 version. Building upon the long-accumulated corporate spirit of Big Bird Industrial, this update expands and refines the existing framework by retaining the original mission, vision, business principles, corporate ethos, and 6S management system. It introduces a new core value: "Innovating Together with the Times," along with a new brand slogan: "I clean, I see, I run my way, Beyond 2030." The update also incorporates additional guidelines including two 3S practices, the Three Realities principle, Quality Three No’s, and the All-in-AI intelligent strategy. Furthermore, it provides an in-depth interpretation of the logo’s six layers of meaning, establishing a clear spiritual foundation for the company’s next phase of development.
Seven employee representatives from different departments and subsidiaries of CN ISEE took the stage to share their personal growth stories—ranging from long-serving employees who have accompanied the company for twenty years, witnessing its journey from startup to listing, to new team members just joining. Their heartfelt narratives resonated deeply with everyone present.
Li Pengtang, Chairman and General Manager of Big Bird Industrial, delivered a speech reflecting on the company's 25-year journey of pioneering entrepreneurship, filled with emotion, gratitude, and appreciation. He reviewed the company's achievements, outlined its 2030 strategic plan, and clarified the dual-drive development path centered on precision cleaning and machine vision inspection, calling on all colleagues to embrace a fresh start with a mindset of beginning anew. Addressing the young employees present, he said: "It is your time—run your way beyond 2030." At the same time, he emphasized that this era belongs to all Big Bird people: "It is our time, our way together," urging everyone to move forward into the future with heartfelt passion and strong conviction.
At the closing of the celebration, a group birthday party was held to extend warm wishes to colleagues celebrating their birthdays in October. The entire event was solemn yet vibrant, heartfelt and uplifting, as all Big Bird team members jointly celebrated twenty-five years of dedicated achievements.
Looking back on the journey, our original aspirations remain clear. The company's story began in 2001 with the name "Chunniao," launching in Harbin. Mr. Li Pengtang started his entrepreneurial venture alone, building a team from scratch and steadily accumulating expertise and market presence, ultimately transforming from Chunniao into Big Bird. Over twenty-five years of perseverance, the company has evolved into a Beijing Stock Exchange-listed enterprise comprising a parent company and multiple subsidiaries, employing nearly five hundred people. This profound sense of social responsibility continually reminds every member of Big Bird to stay grounded, committed, and focused on sustainable growth.
The company has evolved from a single cleaning agent product to a dual-drive model powered by intelligent cleaning equipment and AI machine vision inspection. Its subsidiary, Huanai Vision, focuses on intelligent visual inspection, creating a second growth curve for the enterprise. Listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange marks an important milestone, but it is far from the end of the journey. At this new 25th-anniversary juncture, the company will strengthen its domestic market foundation, advance its overseas expansion, and bring China-made intelligent equipment to global markets, striving full force toward its 2030 goal of being "number one in China and leading worldwide."
