To further unify corporate brand image, strengthen brand building and meet the requirements of corporate strategic development, upon review and approval by the Company’s Board of Directors and General Meeting of Shareholders, as well as approval by the market supervision authority, Harbin Shimada Big Bird Industrial Co., Ltd. has completed the company name change. The new corporate name shall take effect immediately. Relevant matters are announced as follows:

Former Full Chinese Name: 哈尔滨岛田大鹏工业股份有限公司

New Full Chinese Name: 哈尔滨大鹏工业股份有限公司

Former Full English Name: Harbin Shimada Big Bird Industrial Co., Ltd.

New Full English Name: Harbin Big Bird Industrial Co., Ltd.

Stock short name: Big Bird Industrial; Stock Code: 920091, remain unchanged.

2. Background and Significance of Name Change

Founded in 2005, Harbin Big Bird Industrial Co., Ltd. has long-term focused on industrial precision cleaning and machine vision inspection. Through continuous technological innovation and lean manufacturing, the Company has grown into a leading enterprise in domestic industrial precision cleaning sector and was successfully listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange in November 2025.

The former name contains the word “Shimada”, which no longer accurately reflects the current equity structure of the Company. The new name is more concise and conducive to brand recognition and long-term development. Consistent with the stock short-name “Big Bird Industrial”, the new corporate name highlights the distinctive brand symbol “Big Bird”. It helps enhance brand independence, consistency and market influence, laying a solid brand foundation for further developing core precision cleaning business, accelerating the second-growth curve of machinevision business and exploring broader markets.

3. Items Remaining Unchanged

This change only applies to the corporate name. The legal representative, registered capital, unified social credit code, registered address, equity structure and organizational structure remain unchanged. The stock short-name “Big Bird Industrial” and stock code 920091 stay the same.

The legal subject status of the Company is continuous. All rights enjoyed and obligations assumed under the former name shall not be affected by the name change and shall be fully succeeded by the renamed company.

4. Legal Documents & Business Continuity

All contracts, agreements, bidding documents, commitment letters, purchase orders and other legal documents executed under the former name shall remain fully valid. Corresponding rights and obligations shall not be affected by this namechange event.

The Company is going through formalities for replacement of licenses, official seals, bank accounts and invoice information. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during the transition period.
