On July 1st, Manufacturing World Tokyo 2026—the largest manufacturing trade event in Asia—grandly opened at the Tokyo Big Sight International Exhibition Center. This year’s exhibition brought together leading companies and professional buyers from automotive, precision machining, and intelligent equipment sectors, representing the cutting-edge technological demands and highest standards of industrial dialogue in East Asian manufacturing.
Harbin Shimada Big Bird Industrial Co., Ltd. and CN ISEE(Harbin)Intelligent Inspection Tech Co.,Ltd. showcased their machine vision online inspection system at the overseas exhibition. The system is designed for welded components, one-piece die-cast structures, irregular-shaped parts, and stamped components, enabling dimensional measurement, missing or incorrect assembly detection, and defect inspection. This appearance at an international exhibition marks a significant step forward in Big Bird Industrial's global expansion.

With years of deep engagement in the Japanese market, Big Bird Industrial has successfully supplied equipment to renowned Japanese automakers such as Mitsubishi, Isuzu, and Daihatsu. Multiple machines have been stably deployed on production lines in Japan, earning strong market recognition. This exhibition aims to enable more overseas manufacturing enterprises to personally verify and proactively acknowledge the robust capabilities of Chinese intelligent manufacturing, while further strengthening the company's ties with international industrial partners.
At the exhibition, Big Bird Industrial's booth attracted numerous overseas automotive and precision equipment manufacturing companies seeking targeted collaboration. Visitors came with real-world challenges related to production line inspection and cleaning, engaging in in-depth discussions. On the second day of the event, several Japanese company technical leads visited with part drawings and production line requirements, consulting one-on-one about equipment accuracy, compatibility solutions, and implementation processes. Thanks to its strong technical capabilities, Big Bird Industrial's solutions received high recognition, and the clients expressed a strong desire for the team to extend their stay in Japan to conduct on-site inspections at their production lines and develop customized process solutions.
The current exhibition is gaining increasing momentum, with interested clients already shipping test samples from Japan, entering the dedicated testing and compatibility phase. From technical verification and in-depth discussions to on-site invitations and sample submission for inspection, all stages of collaboration are progressing steadily, bringing commercial cooperation within close reach.

This trip to Japan for the exhibition is a practical initiative by Big Bird Industry in response to the national call for supporting high-quality overseas expansion and promoting high-level opening-up. Leveraging the exhibition platform, we will fully showcase our independently developed products and broaden cooperation channels in East Asia. Going forward, Big Bird Industry will continue to deepen its presence in overseas markets, strengthen industrial chain collaboration between China and Japan, enhance the reputation of domestic brands through innovation, and steadily expand the global development path for Chinese enterprises.
