Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

Prepare process flow cards.
Design and optimize machining process plans for various mechanical parts and components.
Solve process issues on the production floor, develop targeted improvement plans and verify implementation.
Participate in process reviews during new product R&D, and support sample trial production and process finalization.
Compile and revise process documents; provide process training and technical guidance to operators and technicians to ensure consistent process execution.
Track new processes, new equipment and new materials in the industry, drive upgrades in workshop machining technology and reduce production cost.
Requirements:
Education & experience: Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical manufacturing, mechanical process technology or related major; 3+ years of machining process experience.
Professional skills: proficient in turning, milling, drilling, grinding, tapping and other traditional machining processes; able to use drafting software.
Other requirements: knowledge of CNC programming logic and parameter settings, and process simulation software is a plus; rigorous and detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
